Recently, I was invited to the beautiful island of Koh Samui, just off the east coast of Phuket in Thailand, to assist fitness retreat KOH FIT in creating some high-quality content for future use. This is one of the videos we made for social media, serving as an introduction to one of their talented trainers and aiming to engage and attract potential customers in the online sphere.

Our aim was to create something more cinematic than the typical gym content. We wanted to stray away from the boring fast-paced footage of trainers lifting weights in the gym that we have seen 1000x. Instead, we opted to showcase the trainer both in and outside of the gym environment, highlighting their interests and hobbies to bring out some of their character.
