We were thrilled to receive the invitation to shoot content for the extremely impressive Azulik. Nestled in the Mexican jungle at the heart of the Yucatan Peninsula, this complex is unlike anything I’ve seen before – a blend of an arts complex and an eco-friendly luxury resort. Filming here was a breeze with the surreal backdrop and unique features, offering an abundance of captivating content to capture. Inspired by the abundant natural environment and the rich heritage of the local Mayan culture, our goal was to showcase a glimpse of that essence instantly. Azulik has been conceived as a multi-faceted and flexible venue, comprising an art space, a fashion and design lab, an arts and crafts school, a recording studio, and accommodations for creatives.
